Delivery Terms and Rates

Please be sure to check delivery charges for all items before buying. They are listed with the items and include post and packing.

• Delivery is available across the UK, but please be aware some areas may incur a higher charge ("non-standard areas") see below
• All items are despatched within 48 hours of receiving payment, which means that you should receive your item within 5 working days of payment.
• You will receive an email informing you when your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery can take up to 5 working days. Delivery to non-standard areas may take longer.
• Non-Standard Areas:
• Delivery charges quoted in the listings are for mainland England and Wales.
• "Non standard" locations are defined with postcodes that start with AB, DD, EH, FK, G, KA, KW, KY, ML, TD, IV, PA, PH.
• The Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland are also places that require a revised shipping charge.
• Please email parts@motorbike-warehouse.co.uk for non-standard delivery prices, stating clearly where the delivery will be made to.
• Most of our items require a signature upon delivery.
• Note that in order to reduce fraud, credit card companies require us to deliver to the same address as the registered billing address for that card.
• For orders over 40kg, please make sure that somebody is able to help the driver to unload.
• You must provide a contact telephone number (for delivery purpose) with your payment or your order may be delayed.
• If Paypal is accepted and used, we will only ship goods to your Paypal confirmed address and you cannot collect.
• Collection from our showroom during normal business hours Mon-Fri, 10.00 to 19.00 can only be done with prior arrangement (our parts warehouse is not co-located with our showroom).
