Warranty

Should we ship defective or broken spare parts to you we will replace the item upon return of the defective item we sent, provifding that we have had prior notification of the problem and we have issued you with a parts return code. Items sent without a valid parts return code will not be processed or replaced. Notification of broken or incorrect parts must be made within 48 hours of receiving delivery, either in writing or by email, specifying the part, the invoice number, and the problem that you have.

We accept: Paypal, Postal Orders, Bankers Draft, Direct Bank Transfer, and Credit card and Debit card over the phone.

We will only condider your order as placed when payment has reached us.

It is solely the buyer's responsibility to make efforts to arrange payment and make sure that cleared payment is received by us. Although we'll obviously try our best to facilitate the payment process, we or any third party cannot be held responsible for any problems that will prevent you from paying us.

You have to provide a contact telephone number (for delivery purpose) with your payment or your order will be delayed.

By purchasing you expressly understand and agree to release the seller, from all liability or damages that may arise from the use of this item. Buyers assume all liability and responsibility for all usage of this part or the use of the whoel machine. Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary damages or harmful act, any loss sustained caused to you as a result of this purchase, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use or other intangible loss even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from or arising out of any matter relating to this transaction. To buy you certify that the rider of any machine purchased is of legal age to operate the machine delivered from the seller to you in your jurisdiction. The buyer is responsible for maintaining and servicing the parts or complete machines at the specified intervals with an aapproriately qualified engineer.

Reporting a problem

In the event of any issue, please email or phone us first. In the event that a part will need to be returned, you will need a parts return code which we will send you after you have contacted us about the issue.

• Shortage: You have to report shortage to us in email/writing within 24 hours after delivery and sign the delivery accordingly, or your claim will not be considered;
• Missing contents/Item not-as-described: You have to report missing contents/item not-as-described to us in email/writing within 24 hours after delivery, or your claim will not be considered;
• Damage: You have to sign the delivery as "DAMAGED" AND report damage to us in email/writing within 24 hours after delivery, or your claim will not be considered.
• Return of items: This is buyers responsibility in ALL cases, we will not collect any items or pay for return delivery costs, but will honour any warranty issues and deliver back free of charge once the item is received by us.

All products are guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If they are not, we will replace the item (if possible) or offer you a refund on the full purchase price excluding postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it, buyers are to pay return delivery costs.
